This 7-day tour links Turkey’s key historical sites by air, keeping travel time practical between regions. Start in Istanbul with its Byzantine and Ottoman landmarks, then continue to Cappadocia for its valleys, cave landscapes and underground cities. The route then moves to the Aegean side for Pamukkale and Hierapolis, followed by Ephesus and the House of the Virgin Mary near Kusadasi. The trip ends with a return to Istanbul for departure. Good to know: this is a small-group tour. Hotels are centrally located special-class properties. Flights are used between destinations, and meals are served in local family-run restaurants where included. The Cleopatra Pool in Pamukkale is currently closed for maintenance.
