Northern Thailand Tuk Tuk Adventure

Travel through northern Thailand by tuk tuk, following mountain roads, rural communities and national park scenery between Chiang Mai, Mae Wang, Doi Inthanon, Mae Sariang, Mae Hong Son and Pai. The trip includes driver training at the start, then a guided route with support vehicle assistance for luggage and spare parts. Most days are spent on the road, with regular stops for viewpoints, local food, temples and village visits. Some sections are driven in convoy, and some days are set aside for walking or independent time. An International Driving Permit with a Category A stamp is required for anyone who plans to drive a tuk tuk. Travellers without that endorsement cannot drive.
