    Arrival in Luang Prabang

    Arrive in Luang Prabang and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for an easy first look at the old town.

    Mekong cruise and Pak Ou Caves

    Visit the Royal Palace Museum, then cruise upstream on the Mekong to the Pak Ou Caves. Stop at a local village before returning to Luang Prabang to see two of its important temples.

    Kuang Si Waterfalls and train to Vientiane

    Start with Luang Prabang’s early morning ritual and a market visit, then continue to Phousi Hill and Kuang Si Waterfalls. Later, take the train to Vientiane and settle in for the night.
