    Cusco

    Arrival in Cusco and hotel check-in

    Arrive in Cusco, meet your transfer at the airport and head to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for rest and a gentle start at altitude.

    Sacred Valley visit and train to Aguas Calientes

    Travel from Cusco to Chinchero, Moray and the Maras salt mines before continuing to the train station. After the journey by rail, spend the night in Aguas Calientes near Machu Picchu.

    Guided visit to Machu Picchu and return to Cusco

    Take the shuttle up to Machu Picchu for a guided visit of the citadel. Later, return by bus and train to Ollantaytambo, then continue overland to Cusco.
